1. I think the reading is about a girl named Marisol who is really excited for Papa Noel to come. 2. In the story, Marisol is told that Papa Noel isn't real! :( :( :( 3. This makes her very sad but, then her mother explains it all to her and she feels better. 4. I can relate to this because when I was little, I used to think that Santa was real...but, he's not. :-(

the topic of the story is a girl is learning that there is no father christmas. The conflict in the story is that she is unset when she sees that there is no father christmas, but in the end she understands that there is no father christmas and she is happy that it is still christmas. I think the story is very cute, but i didn't expirience anything that relates to another holiday.
